Notice of Corporate Dissolution
To All Creditors of and
Claimants Against
Zuckschank Investments Corporation

On April 23, 2002, ZUCKSCHANK INVESTMENT CORPORATION, a Missouri corporation (the "Corporation"), filed its Articles of Dissolution by Voluntary Action with the Secretary of State of Missouri. The Corporation requests that any and all claims against the Corporation should be sent to Riezman Berger, P.C., c/o Mark J. Temkin, 7700 Bonhomme, 7th Floor, St. Louis, Missouri 63105. Each claim against the Corporation must include the following information: the name, address and telephone number of the claimant; the amount of the claim; the date on which the claim arose; and a brief description of the nature of or the basis for the claim. All claims against the Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years after the publication of this notice.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that, on February 18, 2000, EDGAR CORP., formerly known as GARED SPORTS, INC. and GARED COMPANY, (the "Corporation") was administratively dissolved by the Missouri Secretary of State. The dissolution was effective on February 18, 2000.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED if you believe you have a claim against the Corporation, you must submit the claim in writing to the Corporation at: Edgar Corp., 555 North New Ballas Road, Suite 230, St. Louis, MO 63141, Attention Millard S. Cohen. All claims must include the following information:

  1. The name, address and telephone number of the claimant;
  2. The amount of the claim;
  3. The nature of the debt or the basis for the claim;
  4. The date the claim accrued or will accrue;
  5. If the claim is founded on a writing, a copy of the writing; and
  6. Whether the claim is secured, and if so, the collateral used as security.
All claims against the Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication date of the two notices authorized by statute, whichever is published last.
