Notice of Corporate Dissolution To All Creditors of and Claimants Against Optima HeartCare, Inc.

On March 2, 2009, Optima HeartCare, Inc. filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State. The dissolution was effective upon filing.

You are hereby notified that if you believe you have a claim against Optima HeartCare, Inc., you must submit a summary in writing of the circumstances surrounding your claim to Joan M. Swartz, Law Offices of Joan M. Swartz, 10024 Office Center Avenue, Suite 203, St. Louis, MO 63128. The summary must include the following information:

  1. The name, address and telephone number of the claimant.
  2. The amount of the claim.
  3. The date on which the event on which the claim is based occurred.
  4. A brief description of the nature of the debt or the basis for the claim.

All claims against Optima HeartCare, Inc. will be barred unless the proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication of this notice.


Notice of Corporate Dissolution To All Creditors of and Claimants Against Image Development Professionals Group, Inc.

On November 3, 2008, Image Development Professionals Group, Inc., a Missouri corporation (the “Corporation”), filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State. All persons and organizations with claims against the Corporation must submit to IDP Group Claims Administrator, 1800 Caledon Court, Ste. 1, Columbia, MO 65203, a written summary of any claims against the Corporation which shall include the name, address and telephone numbers of the claimant, the amount of the claim, date(s) the claim accrued, a brief description of the nature/basis for the claim, and any documentation of the claim. Claims against the Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within 2 years after the publication of this notice.


Notice of Dissolution and Winding Up of Limited Liability Company To All Creditors of and Claimants Against Homecraft, LLC

On February 11, 2009, Homecraft, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (the “Company”), filed its Notice of Winding Up with the Missouri Secretary of State. All persons and organizations with claims against the Company must submit to Homecraft, LLC, 8003 South Barry Road, Columbia, MO 65203, a written summary of any claims against the Company which shall include the name, address and telephone numbers of the claimant, the amount of the claim, date(s) the claim accrued, a brief description of the nature/basis for the claim, and any documentation of the claim. Claims against the Company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within 3 years after the publication of this notice.


Notice of Dissolution To All Creditors of and Claimants Against Missouri Investment Group, L.L.C.

On February 20, 2009, the Missouri Investment Group, L.L.C., a Missouri Limited Liability Company, Charter Number LC0695632, filed its notice of winding up with the Missouri Secretary of State.

Said limited liability company requests that all persons and organizations who have claims against it present them immediately by letter to the company at 245 S. Wildwood Drive, Branson, MO 65616

All claims must include the following information:

  1. Name and address of the claimant.
  2. The amount claimed.
  3. The clear and concise statement of the facts supporting the claim.
  4. The date the claim was incurred.

NOTICE: Because of the winding up of the Missouri Investment Group, L.L.C., any claims against it will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within three years after the publication of the three notices authorized by statute, whichever is published last.


Notice of Dissolution and Winding Up To All Creditors of and Claimants Against Lipton Properties III, L.P.

On February 25, 2009, LIPTON PROPERTIES III, L.P., a Missouri limited partnership, was dissolved upon the filing of a Certificate of Cancellation with the Secretary of State.

Said partnership requests that all persons and organizations who have claims against it present them immediately by letter to: Randall M. Lipton, 7211 Delmar Blvd., St. Louis, Missouri 63130. All claims must include the claimant’s name, address and telephone number, the amount, date and basis for the claim.

ANY CLAIMS AGAINST LIPTON PROPERTIES III, L.P. WILL BE BARRED UNLESS A PROCEEDING TO ENFORCE THE CLAIM IS COMMENCED WITHIN THREE YEARS AFTER THE LAST PUBLICATION DATE OF THE NOTICES AUTHORIZED BY STATUTE.


Notice of Dissolution of Limited Liability Company To All Creditors of and All Claimants Against Dynamic Design Stucco of Lee’s Summit, L.L.C.

On March 10, 2009, Dynamic Design Stucco of Lee’s Summit, L.L.C. filed its Notice of Winding Up with the Missouri Secretary of State. The dissolution of the L.L.C. was effective on March 11, 2009.

You are hereby notified that if you believe you have a claim against Dynamic Design Stucco of Lee’s Summit, L.L.C., you must submit a summary in writing of the circumstances surrounding your claim to the attention of Charles W. Gotschall, 4700 Belleview, Suite 215, Kansas City, Missouri 64112.

The summary of your claim must include the following information:

  1. The name, address and telephone number of the claimant;
  2. The amount of the claim;
  3. The date on which the event on which the claim is based occurred;

and Winding Up To All Creditors of and Claimants Against American Century Ventures II, L.L.C.

American Century Ventures II, L.L.C. (“Company”), a Missouri limited liability company, filed its Notice of Winding Up with the Missouri Secretary of State, effective on April 6, 2009. Persons or entities having a claim against Company should send such claim immediately in writing to American Century Investments, c/o Otis Cowan, 4500 Main Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64111. Claims must include the name and address of the claimant; the amount(s) claimed; the date on which the claim arose; a description of the basis of the claim; and supporting documentation. On June 1, 2009, Regional Medical Services Clinic Corporate filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State. The dissolution was effective on June 1, 2009.

You are hereby notified that if you believe you have a claim against Regional Medical Services Clinic Corporation, you must submit a summary in writing of the circumstances surrounding your claim to the Corporation at office of Robert W. Wheeler, 304 S. Walnut, Keytesville, MO 65261. The summary of your claim must include the following information:

Safe Haven Home Inspection Services, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, has filed Notice of Winding Up for a limited liability company with the Missouri Secretary of State, effective April 6, 2009.

The company requests that all persons and organizations who have claims against it present them by letter immediately, sending same to James A. Boyle, 1013 Villa Gran Way, Fenton, MO 63026. Claims must include name and address of claimant, amount of claim, basis for claim and documentation of claim.
