The JOURNAL OF THE MISSOURI BAR assists members of The Missouri Bar in keeping abreast of changes in legal developments and in meeting their professional obligations. The articles in each issue were selected based on quality, their substantive value, their general interest to Missouri lawyers, and the originality of subject matter. Included in this electronic archive are the complete issues of Journals, starting in 1997. Older issues are archived in paper at The Missouri Bar Center and in most law school libraries.
