Please find a listing of any such open vacancies below.When such vacancies occur, the Appointments Committee (a subcommittee comprised of members of the Board of Governors), reviews nominees and makes recommendations to the board. The Appointments Committee will then conduct a thorough review of all nominees and prepare a recommendation to the Board of Governors. Fee Dispute Resolution Program works to improve the legal profession’s image
through the resolution of fee dispute complaints. The program is available on a
voluntary basis to help resolve fee disputes between Missouri lawyers and their
clients. The program offers facilitation, mediation, and binding arbitration to
assist the parties in resolving the dispute.

composed of seven members (four lawyers and three non-lawyers) appointed by the
Board of Governors of The Missouri Bar. Members serve four-year terms, with
service limited to two terms.
