Missouri Ethics/Professionalism Update: Recent Developments You Should Know 

This program will include an overview of new developments in the ethics/professionalism area, including new rules on subpoenaing documents from a third party, overdraft reporting on trust accounts and common trust account misconceptions, issues raised in recent disciplinary cases, and information about increased public access to disciplinary proceedings.
