Christine A. Gilsinan received her B.A., 1969, cum laude, from Loyola University (Chicago) and J.D., 1975, from the University of Denver. Christine maintains a solo practice in Webster Groves, Missouri, concentrating in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, and elder law, including veterans and public benefits. Christine is a member of the Board of Directors of the Missouri Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; the Probate, Trusts and Estates Committee and the Elder Law Committee of The Missouri Bar; a member of the St. Louis Estate Planning Council; and past co-chair of the Elder Law Committee of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. Christine is co-author of Chapter Thirteen, Missouri Non-Probate Transfers Law (MoBarCLE Deskbook, Trusts, Powers, Custodianship, & Nonprobate, 2nd Ed., Volume II) and Chapter Five, Planning for Minors, Elderly, and Disabled Persons and Planning for Medicaid and Government Benefits (MoBarCLE Deskbook, Estate Planning, 3rd Ed., Volume I).
