Daniels, DeborahElected associate circuit judge in 2007 of Division 11 in the Circuit Court of Boone County. Graduated University of Missouri-Columbia, B.A. and B.S. in 1972; and J. D. in 1977. Honorary Order of the Coif 2004, Fellow of the American Bar Association. Law clerk on the Missouri Supreme Court 1977-78 for Hon.Fred Henley; Director of Missouri Supreme Court Research Staff 1979-1982; Adjunct Professor of Law at UMC 1984-to present; Reporter for the Committee on Procedure in Criminal Cases 1982-2007; Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Boone County 1999-2004; Chief Counsel of the Criminal Division in the Office of the Attorney General 2004-2006. Served on the Missouri Supreme Court Committee on Procedure in Criminal Cases 2007 to present; and the Court’s Appellate Practice Committee 2004-2007. Appointed to the Missouri Bar Special Task Force Committee on the Public Defender’s Office 2004-2006. Selected to participate in the Advanced Science and Technology Adjudication Resource Program (ASTAR) in 2007 to present. Faculty member of the Missouri Judicial College 2005 to present.
