Ethics Issues for Corporate Counsel


This program will review the ethical issues inherent in identifying who exactly is the corporate or government client in an investigation or litigation matter. The program will also explore the circumstances in which an in-house attorney or outside counsel is deemed to represent the interests of the corporation rather than those of the client individually. Finally, the panel will discuss ethical issues associated with government attorneys entering into private practice and private practitioners entering into public service.
