Notice of Corporate Dissolution
To All Creditors of and
Claimants Against 11605 Studt, Inc.

On December 27, 2001, 11605 STUDT, INC., a Missouri corporation, filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State. Dissolution was effective December 31, 2001.

Said corporation requests that all persons and organizations who have claims against it present them immediately by letter to the corporation at 11605 Studt Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri 63141. All claims must include the following information:

1. The name, address and telephone number of the claimant.

2. The amount of the claim.

3. The basis for the claim.

4. Documentation of the claim.

All claims against 11605 STUDT, INC. will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication date of two notices authorized by statute, whichever is published last.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Ed Hunter Company, a Missouri corporation, the principal offices of which were initially in Fairfax, Missouri, and later at 5612 North Camelback Canyon Drive, Phoenix, Arizona 85018, and the registered office of which is 2301 Village Drive, St. Joseph, Missouri 64506, filed Articles of Dissolution with the Secretary of State of Missouri on the 2nd day of January, 2002. In order to file a claim with the corporation, you must furnish: (1) the amount of the claim; (2) the basis for the claim; and (3) the documentation of the claim.

The claim must be mailed to Day Miller, 113 North Polk Street, P.O. Box 499, Maysville, Missouri 64469, within two (2) years after the publication date of this Notice. If the claim is not received by that date, your claim will be barred.

You are hereby notified that Temporary Holding Company, Inc. formerly known as Sampson Development, Inc., a Missouri corporation, the principal office of which is located at 105 E. Fifth Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64106 (formerly located at 704 S. Woodbine, St. Joseph, Missouri 64507) (the "Corporation") filed Articles of Dissolution with the Secretary of State of Missouri on January 30, 2002.

You are hereby notified that if you believe you have a claim against Temporary Holding Company, Inc., you must submit a summary in writing of the circumstances surrounding your claim to Temporary Holding Company, Inc., Attention: Scott C. Protech Valves and Controls, Inc.

On January 28, 2002, Protech Valves and Controls, Inc., a Missouri corporation, with offices at 4475 Michael Lane, Farmington, Missouri, filed its Articles of Dissolution by Voluntary Action with the Corporate Division of the Office of the Secretary of State.

All persons or organizations having claims against Protech Valves and Controls, Inc., are requested to present them immediately in writing to: Michael W. Silvey, Attorney at Law, 135 East Main Street, Fredericktown, Missouri 63645-0151.

Each claim must contain the following information: (1) name, current address and telephone number of the claimant; (2) a clear and concise statement of the facts supporting the claim; (3) the date the claim was incurred; and (4) the amount of money or alternate relief demanded.

All claims against Protech Valves and Controls, Inc. will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years after the publication of this notice.

On January 31, 2002, Jackson County Head & Neck Group, Inc., a Missouri corporation, filed Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State. Dissolution was effective on January 31, 2002. On February 1, 2002, JRBJ HOLDING CORP., a Missouri corporation, filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State. Dissolution was effective on February 4, 2002.

Said corporation requests that all persons and organizations who have claims against it present them immediately by letter to the corporation c/o Gary S. Uthoff, 906 Olive Street, Suite 300, St. Louis, MO 63101.

All claims must include: the name and address of the claimant; the amount claimed; the basis for the claim; and the date(s) on which the event(s) on which the claim is based occurred.

NOTICE: Because of the dissolution of JRBJ HOLDING CORP., any claims against it will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication date of the two notices authorized by statute, whichever is published last.
