Learning Opportunities

The Missouri Bar brings its members more seminars, in more cities offering more variety, and serving more attorneys, than any other Missouri CLE seminar sponsor. During the 2005 programming year, MoBarCLE produced 142 live programs, 66 video replays, 89 telephone seminars, and 3 online webcasts. A total of 300 programs with 156 different titles were presented in various locations around the state.

How It Works

The MoBarCLE Season Pass guarantees the Passholder tuition-free admission to many* MoBarCLE seminars presented in Missouri during the term of the Pass. The MoBarCLE Season Pass is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. This offer does not apply to courses that are co-sponsored or that are professionally contracted.

*Exclusions: The MoBarCLE Season Pass does not provide tuition-free admission to The Missouri Bar Annual and Mid-year meetings, the Solo and Small Firm Conference, Environmental Law Conference, or professionally contracted programs. Any multi-day program will count as two programs for Limited Pass Holders.

Unlimited Season Pass

An Unlimited Season Pass entitles you to attend an unlimited number of MoBarCLE seminar presented during a 12-month term of the Pass. This includes multi-day, full day, half-day, luncheon programs, and telephone seminars. (See exclusions below.)

Limited Season Pass

Our ten-course Limited Season Pass entitles you to attend ten MoBarCLE courses during a 12-month period for an average price of just $79.90 per course. That includes multi-day, full day, half-day, luncheon programs, and telephone seminars.

Terms and Conditions

Please read completely and carefully.

• The MoBarCLE Season Pass guarantees the Passholder tuition-free admission to all MoBarCLE seminars presented in Missouri during the term of the Pass. The MoBarCLE Season Pass is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. This offer does not apply to courses that are professionally contracted.

• The Pass cannot be used by anyone other than the individual to whom the Pass is issued. Pass holders will not be admitted without their Pass. Each Pass holder will be requested to produce his or her Pass and photo-bearing ID card at the course.

• Under no circumstances will the term of any Pass be extended beyond a 12-month period.

• The Pass holder is entitled, at no further cost, to all course materials and other amenities furnished tuition-paying registrants at any course the Pass holder attends for full CLE credit. Sorry, but you cannot just stop by to pick up course materials - the Pass is designed to provide for CLE credit through attendance at seminars.

• If the Pass holder does not attend the course, a current Pass holder may still purchase any course materials published by MoBarCLE for 50% off the full price. This offer does not apply to The Missouri Bar Deskbooks or other materials prepared and distributed by the Publications Department of The Missouri Bar, or any courses presented, in whole or in part, outside the state of Missouri.

• The Limited Season Pass entitles the Pass holder to tuition free admission to any ten MoBarCLE seminars presented in Missouri during the term of the Pass as follows: Each individual registration counts as one course toward the ten-course limit, regardless of the course length or format. Any multi-day program will count as two programs for Limited Pass Holders.

• MoBarCLE reserves the right to limit the number of Passes issued.

• Please note: The MoBarCLE Season Pass does not provide tuition-free admission to The Missouri Bar Annual and Mid-Year meetings, the Solo and Small Firm Conference, Environmental Law Conference, WebCredenza seminars, or professionally contracted programs. Any multi-day program will count as two programs for Limited Pass Holders.
