Supreme Court Rule Changes

The Supreme Court of Missouri, in an order dated February 20, 2008, adopted a new Court Operating Rule 24, entitled “Court of Appeals Election Panels.”

This order became effective February 20, 2008.

In an order dated February 29, 2008, the Supreme Court of Missouri repealed subdivision 10.22 (Meetings – Call – Notice – Place), subdivision 10.28 (Publicity) and subdivision 10.32 (Administration of Commissions – Ethics ) of Rule 10, entitled “Non-Partisan Judicial Commissions,” and adopted a new subdivision 10.22 (Meetings – Call – Notice – Place), a new subdivision 10.28 (Publicity), a new subdivision 10.32 (Administration of Commissions – Ethics), a new subdivision 10.50 (Judicial Performance Evaluation Committees), a new subdivision 10.51 (Membership of Committees), a new subdivision 10.52 (Appointment of Members), a new subdivision 10.53 (Terms of Members), a new subdivision 10.54 (Administration) and a new subdivision 10.55 (Duties) of Rule 10, entitled “Non-Partisan Judicial Commissions and Judicial Evaluation.”

This order became effective February 29, 2008.
