On December 12, 2008 AGL Liquidating Company, LLC, formerly known as Angeles Group, LLC (“Company”), a Missouri Limited Liability Company, filed its Notice of Winding Up with the Missouri Secretary of State. You are hereby notified that Quail Run Estates Company, a Missouri Corporation (the “Corporation”), filed its Articles of Dissolution by incorporators or initial directors with the Missouri Secretary of State on February 2, 2009, the same being effective on said date.
