Attorney's Annual Report of Compliance

You may download a Form 1 to complete and mail to us.

1. To print the form, you'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader.
   

2. Have your MCLE information, such as your carryover hours, readily available. You may get your carryover hours from the previous year from our members-only site.

3. Be sure to doublecheck your entries.

4. If you are submitting a Deficiency Plan, you must attach a proposed plan for making up your deficiency. The plan must be completed, and after completing the plan, a second Annual Report must be filed which must be received by The Missouri Bar prior to September 30.

5. Sign and date the form and mail to MCLE, The Missouri Bar, P.O. Box 2355, Jefferson City, MO 65102-2355.
