Labor & Employment Law Committee
Scope
The scope of this committee is to study the law of labor and to promote its fair and just administration. The committee regularly reviews proposed legislation related to labor law and develops educational programs and materials for members of the bar interested in labor law.

Sample Employment Claim Settlement Agreement
A 2005 subcommittee of the Missouri Bar Labor and Employment Law Committee, made up of plaintiff and defense attorneys and a mediator, developed an employment claim settlement agreement now available in the online file (forms) exchange area of the members-only section. The agreement offers sample settlement language for attorneys to use when they are settling an employment law related claim or lawsuit.
