Patent Trademark and Copyright Law Committee
Scope of Committee:
The scope of the PTC Committee is to review, study and make recommendations concerning all substantive and procedural law, both at the state and federal level, affecting all aspects of intellectual property law with particular applicability to those aspects of patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret law which affect residences of Missouri and lawyers practicing in this state. The PTC Committee also regularly reviews state legislation affecting our practice area and regularly develops and presents programs and materials responsive to current trends in the intellectual property area in an effort to aid the members of the Missouri Bar in furtherance of their knowledge and understanding of intellectual property law.
