Probate and Trust Law Committee
Description: This committee studies all matters pertaining to the organization, jurisdiction and practice in the probate courts and considers matters in the field of the law of trust, rights, remedies and liabilities. The committee annually reviews large volumes of proposed legislation, frequently drafts legislation to improve the law in this area and offers numerous educational programs to the members of The Missouri Bar.
