Notice of Corporate Dissolution To All Creditors of and Claimants Against
Sky Archery Company, Inc.

This notice is to inform whom it may concern that Sky Archery Company, Inc., has on the 28th day of July, 2003, filed with the Missouri Secretary of State the corporation's Articles of Dissolution. Dissolution was effective on July 28, 2003.

Any claims against the corporation should be forwarded to the corporation's president, Ann W. Hoyt, at the following address: 4150 Wincliffe Drive, St. Charles, Missouri, 63304.

The claim must include the following information: (1) the name, address and telephone number of the claimant; (2) the amount of the claim; (3) the date the claim accrued or will accrue; (4) a brief description of the nature of the debt or the basis for the claim; (5) whether the claim is secured, and if so, the collateral used as security.

You are further notified that all claims against the corporation shall be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication of this notice and one other notice required by Missouri statutes (Section 351.482 RSMo 2000) which other notice is published in the "St. Charles County Business Record," whichever is published last.

Notice of Corporate Dissolution To All Creditors of and Claimants Against
Construction Plastics of Kansas City, Inc.

On July 17, 2001, CONSTRUCTION PLASTICS OF KANSAS CITY, INC., a Kansas corporation, filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Kansas Secretary of State. Dissolution was effective on July 17, 2001.

Said corporation requests that all persons and organizations who have claims against it present them immediately by letter to the corporation at:

Ireland Real Estate, Inc.

On September 25, 2003, Ireland Real Estate, Inc., a Missouri corporation, the principal office located at 752 SW 30th St., Blue Springs, MO 64015 (the Corporation) was dissolved as of October 15, 2003 in accordance with the General and Business Corporation Law of Missouri. Any persons with a claim against such corporation must file a claim. Persons with claims against the corporation must include the name of the claimant, claimant's mailing address and information describing the claim with specificity. The claim must be mailed to William Czarlinsky, 1200 South Outer Road, Suite 300, Blue Springs, MO 64015. A claim against Ireland Real Estate, Inc., not otherwise barred, will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced with in two years after publication of this notice.

On September 25, 2003, Ireland Real Estate of Blue Springs, Inc., a Missouri corporation, the principal office located at 752 SW 30th St., Blue Springs, MO 64015 (the Corporation) was dissolved as of October 15, 2003 in accordance with the General and Business Corporation Law of Missouri. Any persons with a claim against such corporation must file a claim. Persons with claims against the corporation must include the name of the claimant, claimant's mailing address and information describing the claim with specificity. On August 26, 2003, The Blunk Farms, Inc. filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State.

Notice of Dissolution of Limited Liability Company
to all Creditors of and Claimants Against
Landau Boats II, LLC

On October 3, 2003, Landau Boats II, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, ("Company"), filed its Notice of Winding Up with the Missouri Secretary of State.

The Company requests that persons with claims against it present them immediately, by letter, to: Michael Morgan LLC, 11710 Administration Drive, Suite Two, St. Louis, Missouri 63146. Each claim must include: amount of the claim, basis for the claim, and documentation of the claim.

A claim against the Company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within three years after the publication of this notice.

Notice of Corporate Dissolution To All Creditors of and Claimants Against
Glen O'Brien Movable Partition Company

On October 6, 2003, Glen O'Brien Movable Partition Company filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State. The dissolution is to be effective on December 31, 2003.

You are hereby notified that if you believe you have a claim against Glen O'Brien Movable Partitions Company, you must submit a summary in writing of the circumstances surrounding your claim to Glen O'Brien Movable Partition Company at 1142 Clay Street, P.O. Box 12517, North Kansas City, Missouri 64116, Attention Brian C. Gillespie. The summary of your claim must include the following information:

1. The name, address and telephone number of the claimant.

2. The amount of the claim.

3. The date on which the event on which the claim is based occurred.

All claims against Glen O'Brien Movable Partition Company will be barred unless the proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication of this notice.

Notice of Dissolution of Limited Liability Company
to all Creditors of and Claimants Against Latcham Management Company, LLC

Latcham Management Company, LLC, a Missouri professional corporation, was dissolved on the 24th day of March, 2003 by filing a Notice of Winding Up with the Missouri Secretary of State. In accordance with the filing of the Notice of Winding Up, any and all claims against Latcham Management Company, LLC should be sent by mail to William B. Prugh, c/o Shughart Thomson & Kilroy, P.C., 120 W. 12th Street, Suite 1700, Kansas City, Missouri 64105. Each claim should include the following:

(1) The name, address and telephone number of the claimant;

(2) The amount of the claim;

(3) The basis of the claim;

(4) The date the claim arose.

Any and all claims against Latcham Management Company, LLC will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within three (3) years after the date of the publication of this notice.

Rockhill Associated Anesthesiologists, Inc.

Rockhill Associated Anesthesiologists, Inc., a Missouri professional corporation, was dissolved on the 4th day of April, 2003, by filing its Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State. Any and all claims against Rockhill Associated Anesthesiologists, Inc. should be sent by mail to Kristin N. Kratofil, c/o Shughart Thomson & Kilroy, P.C., 120 W. 12th Street, Suite 1800, Kansas City, Missouri 64105. Each claim should include the following:

(1) The name, address and telephone number of the claimant;

Any and all claims against Rockhill Associated Anesthesiologists, Inc. will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years after the date of the publication of this notice.
