Scope

The purpose and function of this committee is to consider and recommend changes in the law of workers' compensation and in the administration thereof; to consider the practice before the division, commission, and courts; to collect and distribute information concerning the developments of the compensation law and administration thereof to members of the Bar and residents of the state.
