Hark, JohnFor nearly two decades, John M. Hark has made substantial contributions to the continuing legal education of Missouri’s attorneys by volunteering his time at various Missouri Bar CLE programs.  Hark has served as a recurrent commentator for the MoBarCLE’s Annual Law Update, Lawyer Trust Accounts: Understanding What You Must Know and Ethics Potpourri seminars.

Hark received his Bachelor of Arts and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri.  He is admitted to practice in Missouri and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Missouri. Hark is a member of the Tenth Judicial Circuit Bar Association, Early Bird Kiwanis Club, Order of Barristers, and Phi Kappa Phi: Order of the Coif.

Hark is a partner with Curl, Hark & Holliday, LLC.  He has been recognized by his peers for his outstanding trial work, including being selected by The Missouri Bar as the recipient of the 2005 Lon O. Hocker Trial Lawyers Award. His practice includes plaintiff and defense experience in serious personal injuries. Hark also has an extensive business law practice which includes pre-planning, organization, management and succession planning.
