Missouri has the least political way of selecting judges, thanks to our Non-Partisan Court Plan.

Our governor chooses each non-partisan judge from a group of well-qualified nominees. They demonstrate exceptional legal skills... community experience ... and personal qualities. And voters say yes or no to the choices.

Missourians trust our courts. For nearly three quarters of a century, the Plan has produced judges who focus - not on politics - but on following the Constitution.
