Notice of Winding Up of Limited Liability Company To All Creditors of and Claimants Against Melody Investors, L.L.C.

On November 29, 2007, MELODY INVESTORS, L.L.C., a Missouri limited liability company (the “Company”), filed its Notice of Winding Up for Limited Liability Company with the Missouri Secretary of State. Said Notice was effective on November 29, 2007.

The Company requests that all persons and organizations who have claims against it present them by letter to the LLC to the attention of George J. Leontsinis, 10 S. Broadway, Suite 2000, St. Louis, Missouri 63102.

Notice of Corporate Dissolution To All Creditors of and Claimants Against LKS, Incorporated

On November 9, 2007, LKS, Incorporated, a Missouri corporation, filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State. Dissolution was effective on November 9, 2007.

On December 31, 2007, Wilmar Foods, Inc., a Missouri corporation, filed its Articles of Dissolution by Voluntary Action with the Corporate Division of the Office of the Missouri Secretary of State.
