The following materials represent the Subcommittee on Trust Law Revision's continued work this summer on a Missouri version of the Uniform Trust Code (MUTC). The reading of this draft was much of the focus of the Probate & Trust Committee Meeting on November 22. The materials provided for committee members to download include: a letter from Scot Boulton, the Chair of the Trust Law Revision Subcommittee; the new MUTC draft; the draft of technnical revisions to the Revised Missouri Principal and Income Act; and "hot" discussion points. The materials presented at last year's Spring Meeting on May 10 are also still available (see table below).
