Notice of Corporate Dissolution To All Creditors of and Claimants Against Elk Valley Construction, Ltd.

On June 16, 2008, Elk Valley Construction, Ltd., a Missouri corporation, filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State. Dissolution was effective on the filing date.

All persons and organizations with claims against the Corporation must submit a written summary of the claim to Elk Valley Construction, Ltd., c/o Frank C. Carnahan, Esq., Carnahan, Evans, Cantwell & Brown, P.C., 2805 S. Ingram Mill, Springfield, Missouri 65804-4043, including: 1) claimant’s name, address and telephone number; 2) claim amount; 3) date(s) claim accrued (or will accrue); 4) brief description of the nature of the debt or basis for the claim; and 5) if the claim is secured, and if so, the collateral used as security.

Because of the dissolution, any claims against Elk Valley Construction, Ltd. will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years after the last publication of the two (one each statewide and county) notices authorized by statute.


Notice of Corporate Dissolution To All Creditors of and Claimants Against RDF, Incorporated

On May 21, 2008, RDF, Incorporated., a Missouri corporation, filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State. Dissolution was effective on May 21, 2008.

On June 27, 2008, CORPORATE CARE CENTER, INC. filed Articles of Dissolution by Voluntary Action with the Missouri Secretary of State. Notice was effective on the filing date. Notice of Cancellation of Limited Partnership To All Creditors of and Claimants Against Auld Ingle ND, LP

On July 18, 2008, Auld Ingle ND, LP filed its Certificate of Cancellation with the Missouri Secretary of State. Cancellation was effective on the filing date.

On September 2, 2008, UTSI filed Articles of Dissolution by Voluntary Action with the Missouri Secretary of State.
