SB 755 – Contract carriers. Clarifies employment security for owner/operators who lease or contract vehicles to common or contract carriers.

SJR 24 – Toll roads. Proposes constitutional change giving the Highways and Transportation Commission authority to finance, construct, operate, and maintain toll facilities.
