Legislative Digest summarizes all bills passed during the First Regular Session of the 93rd General Assembly. Appropriations bills have been omitted. The
Digest is published twice during each regular session of the Missouri General Assembly and made available to all members of the Missouri Bar.
This issue contains:

- Summaries of bills Truly Agreed To and Finally Passed during the 2005 session. Bar-drafted legislative proposals are designated with an asterisk.
- Information about The Missouri Bar Protest and Dues Refund Procedure.
The Governor's action is indicated after the summary of each bill. All bills enacted by the 2005 session and not vetoed by the Governor become effective August 28, 2005, except those having emergency clauses which become effective when signed by the Governors, and those having specific operative dates.
