Supreme Court Rule Changes

The Supreme Court, in an order dated August 26, 2008, repealed subdivision 5.11, entitled “Copying of Tapes,” of Court Operating Rule 5 and in lieu thereof adopted a new subdivision 5.11 entitled, “Copying of Tapes.”

This order was effective August 26, 2008.
