Park Hills Industrial, Inc.

On November 1, 2002, Park Hills Industrial, Inc., a Missouri corporation, with offices at 4475 Michael Lane, Farmington, Missouri, filed its Articles of Dissolution by Voluntary Action with the Corporate Division of the Office of the Secretary of State.

All persons or organizations having claims against Park Hills Industrial, Inc., are requested to present them immediately in writing to: Michael W. Silvey, Attorney at Law, 135 East Main Street, Fredericktown, Missouri 63645-0151.

Each claim must contain the following information: (1) name, current address and telephone number of the claimant; (2) a clear and concise statement of the facts supporting the claim; (3) the date the claim was incurred; and (4) the amount of money or alternate relief demanded.

Notice is given that Schaefer-Meyer Seed-Sod Division, Inc., with its registered office at 334 Jungerman Road, St. Peters, Missouri 63376, has been dissolved as of October 21, 2002, in accordance with the Missouri general corporation code. Schaefer-Meyer Seed-Sod Division, Inc. requests that persons with claims against the corporation present the claims in accordance with the Missouri general corporate code. On November 20, 2002, Fashionbilt Garment Company, Inc., a Missouri corporation, filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State. Dissolution was effective on November 20, 2002.

This notice is to inform whom it may concern that Dahmer – Ledezma Enterprises, Inc. has on the 30th day of December, 2002, filed with, and received approval by, the Missouri Secretary of State the corporation’s Articles of Dissolution. Dissolution was effective on December 30, 2002.
