How To Series Telephone Seminars

The MoBarCLE How To Series is 12 dynamic programs focusing on the basic skills every attorney needs.  These programs are an easy, convenient way to expand your practice.  Pick your area of practice, or explore a new one!  These seminars are designed to help you gain the edge in any practice area.

Each seminar qualifies for 2.4 MCLE hours.  They do not qualify for Kansas credit.

Each seminar is from 12 noon to 2 p.m. Central Time.

Civil Motion Practice - May 21, 2008

Jury Instructions - November 19, 2008
In Missouri, it is mandatory that attorneys use Missouri Approved Instructions (MAI) in any case where those approved instructions apply.
This program will provide essential information necessary to locate and use the appropriate MAI. Get tips for when and how to modify an existing MAI or draft a proper non-MAI instruction.

DWI-DUI - December 10, 2008
