In Re: Parenting Plan Guidelines

O R D E R

1. The attached parenting plan guidelines, having been prepared by the Family Court Committee and reviewed by the Court, are hereby approved for distribution. See section 452.310, RSMo Supp. 1998. The form included in the guidelines may be used, but it is not required to be used.

2. The state courts administrator is directed to provide a copy of the attached guidelines to each presiding circuit judge, each administrative judge of the family court division, each circuit clerk, and such other persons as he deems appropriate.
