Any member of The Missouri Bar who believes that specific activities of The Missouri Bar supported by enrollment fees are outside of its proper scope may direct a letter to the Executive Director stating what activity is challenged.

The Executive Director shall immediately calculate that portion of the member's enrollment fees that support the challenged activity, place that amount in an interest-bearing account, advise the protesting member of the calculated amount of the individual member's dues which support the activity and how this amount was calculated, and refer the matter to the Board of Governors or its Executive Committee for consideration.
