Notice of Corporate Dissolution To All Creditors of and Claimants Against The Manske Corporation

On February 22, 2008, The Manske Corporation, a Missouri corporation, filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State. The dissolution of the corporation was effective on March 1, 2008.

All claims must include: the name, address and telephone number of the claimant; the amount claimed; the basis of the claim; the date(s) on which the events occurred which provided the basis for the claim; and copies of any other supporting data. Claims should be in writing and mailed to the corporation at 256 Chambers Road, St. Louis, MO 63137.

Any claim against The Manske Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication of this notice.


Notice of Dissolution of Limited Liability Company To All Creditors of and All Claimants Against B & K Midwest Properties LLC

On March 10, 2008, B & K Midwest Properties LLC, a Missouri LLC (the “Company), filed a Notice of Winding Up with the Missouri Secretary of State. Claims against the Company may be mailed to Neela H. Kottmeier LLC, Attorney at Law, P.O. Box 4503, 320 Union Boulevard, St. Louis, Missouri 63108. Claims must include the name, address and telephone number of the claimant; the amount of the claim; the date on which the claim arose; the basis for the claim; and documentation of the claim. Franklin County Wildlife Club, a Missouri not-for-profit corporation, filed its Articles of Voluntary Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State on March 19, 2008.

On April 18, 2008, Rainey Gas Co. (formerly known as Christian County Gas Co.), filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State. The dissolution was effective on April 11, 2008.

You are hereby notified that if you believe you have a claim against Rainey Gas Co. (formerly known as Christian County Gas Co.), you must submit a summary in writing of the circumstances surrounding your claim against Rainey Gas Co. to Michael K. Cully, Lowther Johnson, Attorneys at Law, LLC, 901 St. Louis Street, 20th Floor, Springfield, MO 65806. The summary of your claim must include the following information:

Notice of Corporate Dissolution To all Creditors of and Claimants Against Lovestone, Inc.

On April 18, 2008 Lovestone, Inc., a Missouri corporation, filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State. Dissolution was effective on the filing date.

All persons and organizations with claims against the corporation must submit a written summary of the claim to Lovestone, Inc., c/o Frank C. Carnahan, Esq., Carnahan, Evans, Cantwell & Brown, P.C., 2805 S. Because of the dissolution, any claims against Lovestone, Inc. will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years after the last publication of the two (one each statewide and county) notices authorized by statute.
