Effective as of October 31, 2001, a resolution was adopted authorizing the dissolution of ST. JOSEPH PEDIATRIC ASSOCIATES, INC.
As part of the liquidation, the debts of ST. JOSEPH PEDIATRIC ASSOCIATES, INC. are to be paid in full as they fall due. All creditors of ST.
