The Board of Directors and shareholders of NHC, Inc., a Missouri corporation (the "Corporation"), have authorized the dissolution of the Corporation in accordance with Section 351.464 of the Missouri Revised Statutes. The Corporation is the successor-in-interest by merger to MidAmerica Equities, L.P. d/b/a Normandy Community Hospital, a Texas limited partnership. This notice is provided pursuant to Section 351.482 of the Missouri Revised Statutes, which states that any corporation that has been authorized to dissolve may provide written notice to all unknown creditors and claimants.
