The Supreme Court of Missouri, in an order dated January 11, 2007, adopted a new Court Operating Rule 25, entitled, “Services by Court Clerks and Staff in Family Law Cases.”

The order becomes effective on July 1, 2007.

In an order dated March 1, 2007, the Supreme Court of Missouri repealed Rule 4, entitled “Rules of Professional Conduct,” including the accompanying Preamble, Scope, Rules, Comments, Code Comparisons, and Supplemental Missouri Comments. In its place, the Court has adopted a new Rule 4 of the same title, with accompanying Preamble, Scope, Rules, Comments, and Supplemental Missouri Comments.

The order becomes effective on July 1, 2007.
