Correction
In “A Practitioner’s Guide to the Federal Money Laundering Statutes” (Vol. 62, No. 5, p. 312), it is incorrectly stated that the maximum punishment for a conviction pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 1956 is 25 years. In fact, the maximum punishment is a term of 20 years.
