Notice of Corporate Dissolution
To All Creditors of and
Claimants Against Orion Management & Equities, Inc.
On February 3, 2003, Orion Management & Equities, Inc. filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State.
You are hereby notified if you believe you have a claim against Orion Management & Equities, Inc., you must submit a summary in writing of the circumstances surrounding your claim to the corporation at 8001 Conser, Suite 220, Overland Park, KS 66204 ATTN: David Feingold. The summary of your claim must include the following information:
1. The name, address and telephone number of the claimant.
2. The amount of the claim.
3. The date the claim accrued or will accrue.
4. A brief description of the nature of the debt or the basis for the claim.
5. Whether the claim is secured, and if so, the collateral used as security.
All claims against Orion Management & Equities, Inc. will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication of this notice.
Notice of Corporate Dissolution To All Creditors of and Claimants Against
Nelson Tyler & Associates, Inc.
On March 7, 2003, Nelson Tyler & Associates, Inc., a Missouri corporation, filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State. Dissolution was effective on the 7th day of March, 2003.
Said corporation requests that all persons and organizations who have claims against it present them immediately by letter to the corporation, c/o N. C. Brill, Attorney at Law, P. O. Box 527, West Plains, Missouri, 65775.
All claims must include: the name and address of the claimant, the amount claimed, the basis for the claim, the date(s) on which the event(s) on which the claim is based occurred, and whether the claim is secured, and if so, a description of the collateral.
NOTICE: Because of the dissolution of Nelson Tyler & Associates, Inc., any claims against it will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication date of the two notices authorized by statute, whichever is published last.

Sexton MetalCraft, Inc.
On April 16, 2003, Sexton MetalCraft, Inc., a Missouri corporation, the principal office located at 9700 E. 56th Street, Raytown, MO 64133 (the "Corporation") was dissolved as of April 16, 2003 in accordance with the General and Business Corporation Law of Missouri. Any person with a claim against such corporation must file a claim. Persons with claims against the corporation must include the name of the claimant, claimant’s mailing address and information describing the claim with specificity. The claim must be mailed to Lewis, Rice & Fingersh, c/o Leland O. Sexton, 1010 Walnut, #500, Kansas City, MO 64106. A claim against Sexton MetalCraft, Inc., not otherwise barred, will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after publication of this notice.

Regency Homes, Inc., a Missouri professional corporation, filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State on April 21, 2003. Any claim against Regency Homes, Inc. should be sent to Larry G. Schulz, 2900 Brooktree Lane, Suite 100, Gladstone, Missouri 64119. Any claim must include the name, address and telephone number of the claimant, the amount of the claim, the basis of the claim and the date or dates the claim arose. All claims must be received within two (2) years after the publication of this notice. Any claims received after the above-referenced date will be barred.

On February 25, 2003, Broadway Construction Company filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State. Dissolution was effective on that date.
You are hereby notified that if you believe you have a claim against Broadway Construction Company, you must submit a summary in writing of the circumstances surrounding your claim to the Corporation in care of Steven J. Braun, 4550 Belleview, Kansas City, Missouri, 64111. The summary of your claim must include the following information:
1. The name, address and telephone number of the claimant.
2. The amount of the claim.
3. The date on which the event on which the claim is based occurred.
4. A brief description of the nature of the debt or the basis for the claim.
All claims against Broadway Construction Company will be barred unless the proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication of this notice.
