In an order dated February 27, 2002, the Supreme Court of Missouri repealed subdivision 5. 13, entitled “Answer Required – Default,” of Rule 5 (Complaints and Proceedings Thereon) and in lieu thereof adopted a new subdivision 5.13, entitled “Answer Required – Default.”

This order became effective February 27, 2002.

The Supreme Court of Missouri, in an order dated March 14, 2002, repealed subdivisions (4), (5) and (6) of subdivision 43.02(d), entitled “Facsimile Filings in this Court,” of Rule 43 (Service and Filing of Pleadings and Papers) and adopted new subdivisions (4) and (5) of subdivision 43.02(d), entitled “Facsimile Filings in this Court.”

This order becomes effective January 1, 2003.
