This issue of The Missouri Bar's Legislative Digest summarizes selected bills that have been introduced in the First Regular Session of the 95th General Assembly.  The Digest is made available to all Missouri Bar members.

This issue contains:

1. Topical index of bills.
2. Directory of legislative officers, lawyer-legislators and members of the General Assembly.
3. Digest of bills and joint resolutions of interest to attorneys, including positions taken by The Missouri Bar Executive Committee regarding bills which are determined to be within the bar's legislative scope. Positions listed herein are with respect to bills as introduced, without consideration of changes which may later occur during the legislative process. Bar-drafted legislative proposals are designated with an asterisk. For further information about a particular bill, please contact the Senior Legislative Counsel.
4. Information about The Missouri Bar Protest and Dues Refund Procedure.
