HJR 35 – Property tax for veterans organizations. Proposes a constitutional amendment exempting veterans’ organizations from property tax.

HJR 36 – Property tax of active duty military residents. Proposes a constitutional amendment exempting from taxation personal property of active duty military residents.

SB 889 – Civil liability for health care providers to be deployed during emergencies. Allows volunteer licensed health care providers from adjoining states may be deployed to provide health care necessitated by an emergency. Deployed volunteers will not be liable for civil damages for acts or omissions other than damages occasioned by willful or wanton acts or omissions.
