The Supreme Court of Missouri, in an order dated June 13, 2002, corrected the order of August 21, 2001, repealing subdivision 67.02 of Rule 67.

This order became effective July 1, 2002.

In an order dated June 21, 2002, the Supreme Court of Missouri repealed subdivision 24.035(b), entitled "Form of Motion – Cost Deposit Not Required – Time to File – Failure to File, Effect of," of Rule 24 (Misdemeanors or Felonies – Arraignment and Proceedings Before Trial) and in lieu thereof adopted a new subdivision 24.035(b), entitled "Form of Motion – Cost Deposit Not Required – Time to File – Failure to File, Effect of."

The Court, in the same order, repealed subdivision 29.15(b), entitled "Form of Motion – Cost Deposit Not Required – Time to File – Failure to File, Effect of," of Rule 29 (Misdemeanors or Felonies – Verdict, Sentence and New Trial) and adopted a new subdivision 29.15(b), entitled "Form of Motion – Cost Deposit Not Required – Time to File – Failure to File, Effect of."

Also in the order, the Court repealed subdivision (b) of subdivision 41.01 (Rules – When Applicable) of Rule 41, entitled "General," and in lieu thereof adopted a new subdivision (b) of subdivision 41.01 (Rules – When Applicable).

Additionally in this order, the Court repealed subdivision (a) of subdivision 51.045 (Transfer of Venue When Venue Improper) of Rule 51, entitled "Venue, Including Change of Venue and Change of Judge," and adopted a new subdivision (a) of subdivision 51.045 (Transfer of Venue When Venue Improper).

The Court, in the same order, repealed subdivision (4) of subdivision 54.13, entitled "Personal Service Within the State," of Rule 54, entitled "Issuance and Service of Summons or Other Process," and in lieu thereof adopted a new subdivision (4) of subdivision 54.13(b), entitled "Personal Service Within the State."

In the same order, the Court repealed subdivision (1) of subdivision 55.27(g), entitled "Waiver or Preservation of Certain Defenses," of Rule 55 (Pleadings and Motions) and adopted a new subdivision (1) of subdivision 55.27(g), entitled "Waiver or Preservation of Certain Defenses."

Also in the order, the Court repealed subdivision 56.01(e), entitled "Supplementation of Responses," of Rule 56 (General Provisions Governing Discovery) and in its place adopted a new subdivision 56.01(e), entitled "Supplementation of Responses."

The Court, in the same order, repealed subdivision 83.02 (Transfer on Order of Court of Appeals) of Rule 83, entitled "Transfers From District Court of Appeals to This Court and Related Matters – Procedure in the Supreme Court," and in lieu thereof adopted a new subdivision 83.02 (Transfer on Order of Court of Appeals) of Rule 83, entitled "Transfers From Court of Appeals to This Court."

And, the Supreme Court of Missouri, in this order, adopted subdivision titles for subdivisions of subdivision 84.06 (Form of Briefs – Disk Required, When) of Rule 84, entitled "Procedure in All Appellate Courts."

This order becomes effective January 1, 2003.
