Notice of Dissolution of Limited Liability Company To All Creditors of and All Claimants Against JTTS, LLC

On April 26, 2007, JTTS, LLC filed its Notice of Winding Up with the Missouri Secretary of State. The dissolution of the LLC was effective on April 26, 2007.

You are hereby notified that if you believe you have a claim against JTTS, LLC, you must submit a summary in writing of the circumstances surrounding your claim to the limited liability company to the attention of Flynn & Davenport, LLC, 104 Professional Parkway, Troy, Missouri 63379.

The summary of your claim must include the following information:

1. The name, address and telephone number of the claimant;

2. The amount of the claim;

3. The date on which the event on which the is based occurred;

Notice of Dissolution of Limited Liability Company To All Creditors of and All Claimants Against Trinity Corporate Group, LLC

On April 25, 2007, TRINITY CORPORATE GROUP, LLC filed its Notice of Winding Up with the Missouri Secretary of State. The dissolution of the LLC was effective on April 25, 2007.

On September 12, 2007, Stone Brothers Co., a Missouri corporation, filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State. Dissolution was effective on September 30, 2007.

All claims against Stone Brothers Co. should be sent by mail to Bernard Mayer, Attorney at Law, 101 South Hanley Road, Suite 1075, St. Louis, Missouri 63105. All claims must include (1) the name and address of the claimant; (2) the amount claimed; (3) the date the claim arose or will accrue; and (4) a brief description of the nature of the debt or the basis for the claim.

Notice of Dissolution of Limited Liability Company To All Creditors of and Claimants Against Turnberry Estates Development Co., L.L.C.

On September 13, 2007, Turnberry Estates Development Co., L.L.C. filed Notice of Winding Up for a Limited Liability Company with the Missouri Secretary of State. Claims against Turnberry Estates Development Co., L.L.C. must be submitted to Rick J. Muenks, Attorney at Law, 3041 S. Kimbrough Avenue, Ste. 106, Springfield, Missouri 65807. Claims must include name and address of claimant; amount of claim; basis of claim; and documentation of claim. By law, proceedings are barred unless commenced against the LLC within three years after the publication of this notice.

Notice of Corporate Dissolution To All Creditors of and Claimants Against Manchester Enterprises, Inc.

Manchester Enterprises, Inc., a Missouri corporation, was dissolved on the 4th day of September 2007 by filing Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State. Notice of Dissolution of Company To All Creditors of and Claimants Against SLG Creamery, LLC

On August 1, 2007, the members of SLG Creamery, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, voted to dissolve the LLC. A notice of winding up was filed with the Missouri Secretary of State. You are hereby notified that if you believe you have a claim against SLG Creamery, LLC, you must submit a summary in writing of the circumstances surrounding your claim to Daniel R. Jones, 3145 Broadway, Kansas City, Missouri 64111. The summary of your claim must include the following information:

1. The name, address, and telephone number of the claimant.

2. The amount of the claim.

All claims against SLG Creamery, LLC will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within three years after publication of this notice.

Notice of Corporate Dissolution To All Creditors of and Claimants Against Blue Springs Internal Medicine, P.C.

Articles of Dissolution filed effective August 31, 2007. Persons with outstanding claims must present them in accordance with this Notice. A claim must specify the name, address and phone number of the claimant, the date(s) the claim was incurred or accrued to the claimant and the relief the claimant seeks. Notice of Dissolution of Limited Liability Company To All Creditors of and Claimants Against O’Connor Contracting, L.L.C.

O’Connor Contracting, L.L.C., a Missouri limited liability company, has filed Notice of Winding Up for a limited liability company with the Missouri Secretary of State, effective on August 27, 2007.

The company requests that all persons and organizations who have claims against it present them by letter immediately, sending same to it in C/O Deborah L. On September 10, 2007, Insurance Concepts, Inc., a Missouri corporation, filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State. Dissolution was effective September 10, 2007.

Because of the dissolution of said corporation, any claim against it will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years after the publication date of this notice.

Notice of Corporate Dissolution To All Creditors of and Claimants Against DT Properties, Inc.

On October 22, 2007, DT Properties, Inc., a Missouri corporation, filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State. The dissolution of the corporation was effective on that date.

DT Properties, Inc. requests that all persons and organizations who have claims against it present them immediately by letter to DT Properties, Inc., 1016 S.E. 4th Street, Lee’s Summit, Missouri 64063.
