Supreme Court Rule Changes
In an order dated June 27, 2003, the Supreme Court of Missouri repealed subdivision (d) of subdivision 21.05, entitled “Misdemeanors – Summons – Contents,” of Rule 21 (Proceedings Applicable to Misdemeanors Only) and in lieu thereof adopted a new subdivision (d) of subdivision 21.05, entitled “Misdemeanors – Summons – Contents.”
In the same order, the Court repealed subdivision 24.02 (Misdemeanors or Felonies – Pleas) of Rule 24, entitled “Misdemeanors or Felonies – Arraignment and Proceedings Before Trial,” and adopted a new subdivision 24.02 (Misdemeanors or Felonies – Pleas).
This order becomes effective January 1, 2004.

The Supreme Court of Missouri, in an order dated September 3, 2003, repealed Rule 8 (Admission to the Bar) consisting of subdivisions 8.01 to 8.15, inclusive, as well as the Regulations of Board of Law Examiners, adopted a new Rule 8 (Admission to the Bar) consisting of subdivisions 8.01 to 8.15, inclusive, as well as the Regulations of Board of Law Examiners.
The Court also repealed subdivision (c) of subdivision 13.02, entitled “Requirements and Limitations,” and subdivisions (b), (c), and (e) of subdivision 13.06, entitled “Certificate to Supervise,” of Rule 13 (Legal Assistance by Law Students) and in lieu thereof adopted a new subdivision 13.02(c), a new subdivision 13.06(b), a new subdivision 13.06(c), and a new subdivision 13.06(e) of Rule 13.
In the same order, the Court approved a fee schedule.
This order became effective October 1, 2003.
